Vacancy in Berlin - personal/business assistant. We need a person who speaks Russian fluently + speaks German (native speaker or C1). Knowledge of English is a significant advantage.
Personal responsibilities:
1. Scheduling doctors' appointments for all family members
2. Handling administrative tasks (making appointments, making inquiries, arranging meetings)
3. Monitoring bill payments
4. Handling incoming mail
5. Personal errands (finding/buying/arranging insurance, other tasks)
Work-related responsibilities:
1. Handling incoming mail
2. Monitoring company payments
3. Preparing documents for accounting (organize, with the accountant's help, the maintenance of primary records, reporting, etc.)
4. Liaising with counterparties (transport companies, customs broker, insurance companies)
5. Handling administrative matters (recordkeeping for disposal materials and waste with specialized companies, dealing with tax-related issues)
6. Searching for commercial premises and assisting in negotiations with landlords
